CVIAQ has released the space application booking forms to exhibitors who participated in the 2009 show. The booking form provides exhibitors with an opportunity to request the location and space size they desire. 

Accompany the booking form, to assist exhibitors in making an informed decision, are show space rates, preliminary floor plans, space allocation guideline and contract conditions, rules and regulations. CVIAQ strongly recommend that all exhibitors read the accompanying information carefully prior to booking space.

There is now a greater disparity between CVIAQ member and non member space rates. CVIAQ wish to acknowledge those companies who have been supporting the industry association, in some cases for as long as thirty to forty years. Those companies who are long term CVIAQ members and long term exhibitors will also benefit by being in the first round of exhibitors to be allocated sites at the new venue thus having more of a chance to get the space size and location that they request.

Any non member exhibitor who wishes to apply for CVIAQ membership is invited to do so. CVIAQ policy is that companies must be a member for a minimum of two years before receiving the space rates benefit so exhibitors who do apply now will get all the member show benefits at the 2013 show. 

The floor plans that exhibitors have access to are preliminary and are subject to change. Exhibitors shouldn't feel restricted by the sizes of sites on the plan. CVIAQ will be adjusting sites to accommodate the needs of exhibitors.

In addition to the accompanying documents, CVIAQ has included important notes on exhibitor insurance, transport and logistics and venue restrictions. Please read all documentation carefully before making firm decisions.

A deadline of Friday 17th September has been set for the return of all completed booking forms. Please contact the CVIAQ office if you haven't received the electronic booking form or if you are having any trouble submitting your forms.
